1.Protein Strucure & Functional Analysis - Ramalingaswami Fellowship, DBT, New Delhi, (Rs.87,38,333). Molecular understanding of αβ mediated neurodegenerative Alzheimer’s diesease (2013-2018).

2.Protein Strucure & Functional Analysis - Ramalingaswami Fellowship, DBT, New Delhi, (Rs.87,96,129). Investigating the role of Cavin protein in Caveola of Biogenesis (2014-2019).

Completed Projects

1.Structural Bioinformatics - SERC Fast track Project( Rs.17,88,000) for Young Scientists, DST, New Delhi, New Deviation Parameter methods to predict secondary structure of protein from amino acid sequences (2010 -2013). He has presented the progress report on 18th January 2013. He has received the GOOD certificate.

2.Molecular Modeling - SERB Fast track Project( Rs.17,85,000) for Young Scientists, DST, New Delhi, Sialic Acid Analogues and their Interaction with Cholera Toxin: An Investigation by Molecular Modeling, Molecular Mechanics and Molecular Dynamics (2012 -2015).

3.Four faculty members and 5 M.tech students received KSTG research fellowship Rs. 40,000 from January 2011to December 2015. Best in-house project awards were given to outstanding students to excelled in their research.

4.Systems Biology - SERB Fast track Project( Rs.21,65,000) for Young Scientists, DST, New Delhi, Novel approach for the indentification of key regulatory molecules and their pethways for Rheumatoid Arthritis (2013-2016).
