Karunya Robotics community

Karunya robotics community started in DEC 2007,by the initiative and interest took by the students and faculty of the ECE department in the field of robotics. Since then Karunya has been growing extensively in the field of robotics.

Robotics Innovation Center

The MOU signed by TRI technosolutions PVT. LTD., IIT Bombay and Karunya University brought about the establishment of the robotics innovation centre, solely for research and development in the field of robotics. The lab has all necessary equipments for robot design and testing.

Various simulation soft wares and real-time simulation platforms are available to the students and faculty.  

Activities

• Seminars are organised by experts from all around the country.
• Practical knowledge oriented workshops and discussion forums are organised periodically
• Students are given hands-on training on practical electronics
• Industrial visits to companies related to robotics.

Robotics is a multi-disciplinary field which aims in bringing electronics, mechanical and electrical science in harmony.
