M.TECH Cyber Security
The specially designed M.Tech. programme in Cyber Security exclusively offers the students a thorough knowledge and hands-on skills in the areas of secure system architecture, secure coding, analyzing the cyber attacks, ethical hacking, evaluating the strength of using penetration testing and cyber forensics. The curriculum is also aimed to provide adequate knowledge in the areas of digital and cyber forensics, ethical hacking, penetration testing, secure coding, Steganography, watermarking techniques and malware analysis.

Research Opportunities
The Computing Security Research (CSR) Lab is an advanced research centre in the department of Computer Sciences Technology to provide a state of the art environment for research scholars, UG/PG students and faculty to pursue research in the areas of Security for Networks, Cloud Computing, Big Data Internet of Things, Software Defined Networks, etc. Many UG and PG project are being done in the Computing Security Research lab. The main areas of research that are being analysed at present are: This centre of excellence undertakes the following activities: 1. Workshops/Seminars in the area of computing security 3.
