Manuscript Submission:

We welcome high-quality articles reporting novel and unpublished results of conceptual, creative, experimental, and theoretical work or study in any of the topic areas mentioned in Call For Papers. When a manuscript is submitted, it indicates that it is not being considered for publication elsewhere.

Language:
The text should be in English, wherein the author should not mix both American and British usage. Authors are instructed to proofread the article before submission in order to eliminate possible grammatical or spelling errors and to ensure the usage of correct scientific English.

 

Submission:
The conference has two different tracks:
Track 1: COMPUTER VISION
Track 2: INTERNET OF THINGS

 

Paper Structure
The full paper should contain the following details of the proposed research work: The paper length should not exceed 6 pages.

  • Title of the Paper
  • Abstract
  • Key Words (Not more than Five Key Words)
  • Design/ Methodology/ Approach
  • Purpose
  • Major Research Findings
  • Practical Implications
  • Research Limitations/ Implications
  • Originality/Value
  • Conclusion & Future Research Work

 

 

Review Process:
All articles will be peer-reviewed in a double-blind manner. Relevancy, structure, research technique, ethical conduct, language standard, inventiveness, references, hypothesis, result presentation, proficiency, format, and a variety of other aspects are all taken into account throughout the process of assessment.
Papers that are accepted will be published in the Conference Proceedings and further it will be published in the author selected publication track.
All submitted papers will be reviewed by three international program committees. ICCVIoT takes the protection of intellectual property very seriously. All submissions will be screened for plagiarism and similarity check. By submitting your work, you agree to allow ICCVIoT to screen your work for plagiarism.
The paper will be evaluated based on their novelty and innovative research contribution.

 

Decision:
There are three possible decisions for a submitted full-paper
Accepted with Official Acceptance Letter as a mail attachment to proceed with the registration.
Major Revision, the papers should be revised according to reviewer comments to obtain the Official Acceptance Letter.
Rejected. This means the paper will not be considered for the next process even if it is revised.
NOTE: Author should register to the conference only after obtaining the Official Acceptance Letter from the conference.

 

Plagiarism Policy for the Publication
All articles submitted to ICCVIoT will first undergo a plagiarism check before being sent to our technical program committee for review.
Note that plagiarized articles will be rejected (Must be 15% below excluding references).
Copying of contents from other articles is strictly prohibited. However, it is allowed with proper quotations and citations.
Only articles with 80% original content should be submitted with the expectation of being accepted for ICCVIoT 2023 proceedings.
ICCVIoT keenly discourages plagiarism in research articles, proposals and survey articles submitted to us.
Articles failing plagiarism check will be subjected to rejection without any review.

 

Instructions for the oral presentation
The presentation should last about 15 minutes. You may use whatever type of presentation and number of slides you prefer.  Please arrive early for your presentation to verify that all essential equipment is available.

General Guidelines:
Fee payment is required in order to attend the conference.
The authors of accepted submission must register for the conference and pay the registration fee before the deadline.
Each paper should have at least one author who pays the registration fee and attends the conference.
Corresponding authors are encouraged to complete a thorough review of the article before the final submission date; this will be the last chance to make any revisions, amendments, or acknowledgements. Requests to update, edit, change, or add information to the paper after final submission will not be accommodated after the final submission deadline.

Authors should forward the following documents to complete the registration to the conference:
Final camera ready paper (It should be in editable format either word or latex file)
Copyright agreement form (It should be duly signed by the corresponding author with date)
Payment Proof (Anyone of the author can pay - Registration fee per paper only)
Permission Request form(Obtain a signature from a third-party user if any third-party material is used)

 

Submission Guidelines:
• We expect high-quality articles reporting novel and unpublished results of conceptual, creative, experimental, and theoretical work or study in any of the topic areas mentioned in Call for Papers. When a manuscript is submitted, it indicates that it is not being considered for publication elsewhere.
• Plagiarism should be less than 15% (as per TURNITIN) and single source should be less than 5% for the Submission Process.
