Overview
The Department of English is a pioneer in introducing Language Lab in English curriculum for Engineering and Management students. Ever since Karunya attained autonomy in the year 1999, the department has been working towards making a seachange in the methodology of teaching, evaluation and designing the language curriculum to suit the various levels of students. The department has established a state-of-the-art English Lab which functions 38 hours a week, catering to the needs of B.Tech., MBA , M.A., and M.Sc students.

To impart an in-depth knowledge in English literature and language studies and to inculcate communicative skills and soft skills training by using the latest technology and best possible innovations in teaching and assessment.
