The Nanomaterial synthesis and nanotoxicology lab is a part of the curriculum of M.Sc., Nanoscience and Technology Programme. Several wet chemical methods are used in the preparation of metallic and semiconductor nanoparticles.

In Nanomaterials Characterization Lab, the advanced materials characterization instruments like X-ray diffraction (XRD), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) with Energy Dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDAX), Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM), UV-Visible spectrophotometer, Photoluminescence, and particles size analyzer.
