The Programs aim to train students to assume professional roles in the use of software and hardware tools for video and audio production, with a specialization in multimedia and animation for the new age digital savvy students. The Programs sharpen the creative skills of students by imparting knowledge in related fields such as infographics, motion graphics, photography, video production, audio production, interactive content and film studies where they have the option to specialize in multimedia and animation.

The Programs offer the students a new approach, giving them a chance to experience the best of the two worlds, both conventional and new media practices to make them industry ready. The Visual Communication Program is closely related to the field of Mass Communication and Journalism which also involves Graphic Design, Production and Data Journalism domains that constantly evolve in the global media today. Students will get to work hands-on in live media assignments from the industry as well as in-house productions, which is a unique feature of the Program.

Students are trained by faculty experts in Visual arts and design, Creative writing, Script writing, Digital Photography, Cinematography, Video production, Audio engineering, Post production, VFX, 2D and 3D Animation. The programs are designed with the motive of expanding the creative suite of students and equipping them with artistic skills necessary for working in the media and entertainment industry.

A Post Production suite equipped with 30 powerful Macintosh computers to assist in editing, graphics and animation.

A preview theater with 4K projection helps in screening and reviewing the output of the students in theater ambience.
