Curriculum Development Cell (CDC)/ Curriculum Committee (CC)
The School of Agricultural Sciences has a curriculum development cell (CDC)/ Curriculum committee (CC), in which Professors, Associate Professors and Assistant Professors are members. The design and development of curriculum and syllabi are formulated by the CDC. The entire curriculum is designed according to the norms of the Fifth Dean’s Committee Report of the ICAR.
Board of Studies
The BOS is a statutory body. The BOS for the School of Agricultural Sciences is constituted with external experts from academia and industry along with internal experts. The BOS meets every year to review the curriculum and syllabi framed by the CC. The inputs from the experts are incorporated and recommended to the Academic Council.
Academic Council
The entire curriculum and syllabi recommended by the BOS is reviewed by the Academic Council and is approved for implementation. The Council meets twice a year.
