Career Guidance

1. Department offers career guidance in two different verticals considering the interest of the students. A good number of final year students go for higher studies in India or abroad or turn entrepreneurs. Our department has a creditable record of placement of its final year students and graduates. As per recent trends about 80% of eligible final year students, who seek a placement, are placed with reputed organizations like TCS Bangalore, Accenture Services Bangalore, Mahindra Sathyam Hyderabad, KEC International Mumbai, WIPRO Technologies Bangalore, BGR Energy Systems Ltd, Bangalore, TATA Elxsi Ltd, Bangalore, Techno turf Info Services Coimbatore, Robert Bosch Coimbatore, GEC Bangalore at the initiative of the Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences prior to their leaving the campus. Further the department has taken personal initiatives to invite core electrical companies such as Pravin Electricals Mumbai to place the students. Furthermore series of activities such as technical aptitude training, personality development, group discussion, mock interview and invited guest talks from HR of core companies have been conducted by the department itself.
