Internships

  • Our students intern in reputed industries in India and aboard to gain industry experience in quality, safety and production operations. The students get trained in beverage industries, frozen foods, FMCG products, snack products, dairy industries, carbonated beverage industries, flavour industries, academic and research institutions. Internships lead to prospective placements to the students in the area of exposure.

Trainings / Certificates

  • We offer trainings in the areas of food analysis, food processing and food products.
  • Our hands-on trainings on HPLC and food quality testing enable our students to gain knowledge on various quality and control operations in food industries.
  • We offer trainings on food products manufacturing for our students to gain experience in manufacturing process and standards.
  • In the FSSAI licensed food product training center we offer training in cakes, bread, cookies, biscuits, wide range of fruit-based beverages, jam, jelly, marmalades, etc.
  • In collaboration with external certifying agencies in India and abroad, we offer certificate and training course in the following fields:
    • HACCP Level 3 certificate
    • Halal Compliance Professional / Internal Halal auditor
