Master of Technology (Food Processing and Engineering)
Master of Technology in Food Processing and Engineering is a two years full time, residential programme. This programme aims to provide an advanced education in the areas of Instrumentation & controls, Food quality and safety, Food analysis, Emerging techniques in food processing, Unit operations, Food supply chain & logistics, Dairy, Meat and Poultry, Data analysis and optimization. We provide excellent opportunities and facilities for research in food engineering, new product and process development, packaging, dehydration and process equipment fabrication.
B.E/B Tech in Food Processing Technology, Food processing, Food technology, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering or Equivalent.
Master of Science (Food Science and Technology)
M.Sc. in Food Science and Technology is a two years full time, residential programme. Our students will be trained to become food scientist who develop new products in any leading food Industry, to set a career as a lead auditor and to become entrepreneurs to start up food industries. The students get educated in the following fields: food science, food safety, food technology of different products, statistics, computational design, internet of things, energy auditing and managerial skills. As a part of curriculum, the students will get trained in food industries to get real time experience and gain problem solving skills.
Bachelor Degree in Life sciences (Bio-Technology / Microbiology / Bio-Chemistry), Food Technology, Food Science & Nutrition, Home Science related subjects, B.Sc. Agriculture, Other science (Any Science degree holder who completed PG Diploma in Food Processing / Food Science & Technology related discipline).
